Schwarz Logistik awarded as a FAIRMOTION employer
In September 2025, the new “FAIRMOTION” seal was awarded for the first time to outstanding employers in the logistics industry. The seal, which is awarded by Logistik Initiative Bayern, recognizes companies that are particularly employee-friendly. Schwarz Logistik was one of only 14 companies to receive the seal in gold.
The name “FAIRMOTION” stands for a combination of fairness, emotion, and movement. The seal is awarded in bronze, silver, and gold. The criteria evaluated are:
- Career and opportunities
- Working hours and flexibility
- Work and family
- Well-being and care
- Work-life balance
- Training and coaching
- Image and openness
The award ceremony took place as part of the CNA e.V.'s “Mountain View Talks” series of events at an altitude of 1,500 meters on the Hochfelln in Chiemgau. In his laudatory speech, Bavaria's Minister of Transport Christian Bernreiter praised the award winners as role models who motivate others to get involved.
